❗Apple's Surprising Stock Drop and Potential Supply Chain Disruptions
On September 20, Apple Inc. faced a surprising 2% stock drop in the final minutes of Friday's trading, puzzling market watchers. Net disposals of 30 million shares occurred, which is more than half of Apple’s average full-day volume in the prior three months. Experts suggest investors may have sold large volumes of stock due to heightened buying power.
Additionally, the potential blacklisting of BOE Technology by the Pentagon could disrupt Apple's supply chain, as BOE is a key display panel supplier. According to Bloomberg Intelligence on September 25, the U.S. Congress is considering adding the Chinese display company BOE to the Pentagon blacklist. This could result in production delays and increased costs, impacting Apple's growth and innovation.
